Information on returns and refunds

For products purchased on the inglesina.com website, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

Once the communication has been received, Inglesina will send an email to the Customer containing the procedure to follow for returning the products, the address to which the returned Product must be shipped and the terms of the refund.

The Product being returned must be perfectly intact, clean and repackaged in its original packaging complete in all its parts (product packaging and accompanying documentation).

The shipping costs for the returned Product are borne by the Customer. Inglesina offers the possibility of collecting the product via a courier, directly at the address specified by the customer, the cost of which will be communicated in the email confirming receipt of the notice of withdrawal. If confirmed, this cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
