In this masterclass dedicated to maternal wellness, we will talk about the pelvic floor during pregnancy and after childbirth, to better understand its role, learn how to listen to it, and discover how to care for it properly. Barbara, Baby Wellness Specialist at Inglesina, together with midwife Elena Fabris, invite you to this meeting designed to support mothers with clear and reassuring information, helping them experience bodily changes with greater awareness, prevent minor discomforts, and promote a smoother recovery after birth.
