What you can do if you need assistance for your product

If you purchased a product online on inglesina.com and need assistance, contact us here. Our customer service center will provide you with all the necessary information.

If you purchased a product from an Inglesina Retailer (including online) and need assistance, please contact the Inglesina Retailer where the purchase was made, providing the Serial Number of the product related to your request (the serial number is available starting from the 2010 collection).

The Retailer will contact our company directly to assess the most suitable intervention for your case and will provide you with all further instructions.

Our Customer Service is also available to provide all necessary information via written request through the Contacts form.

Manufacturer’s conventional warranty

L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. guarantees that every item has been designed and manufactured in compliance with the product standards and general quality and safety regulations currently in force in the European Community and in the countries where the products are marketed.

L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. guarantees that during and at the end of the production process, each product has undergone various quality checks. L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. guarantees that every item, at the time of purchase from the Authorized Retailer, was free from assembly or manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not affect the rights granted to consumers by current national legislation, which may vary depending on the country where the product was purchased, and whose provisions, in case of conflict, prevail over the content of this warranty.

If the product shows defects in materials and/or manufacturing faults detected at the time of purchase or during normal use, as described in the relevant instruction manual, L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. acknowledges the validity of the warranty conditions for a period of 24 consecutive months from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased and if the purchase was made from an Authorized Retailer.

The warranty is valid only for the first owner of the purchased item.

Warranty means the free replacement or repair of parts that are defective at origin due to manufacturing faults. L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, whether to apply the warranty through repair or replacement of the product.

To benefit from the warranty, it is necessary to present the product serial number and a copy of the purchase receipt, ensuring that the purchase date is clearly legible.

This warranty becomes void in the following cases:

  • the product is used for purposes other than those expressly indicated in the instruction manual
  • the product is used in a manner not compliant with the instructions in the manual
  • the product has been repaired at unauthorized or non-approved service centers
  • the product has been modified and/or tampered with, both in its structural and textile parts, without explicit authorization from the manufacturer. Any modifications release L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. from any liability
  • the defect is due to negligence or improper use (for example violent impacts on structural parts, exposure to aggressive chemical substances, etc.)
  • the product shows normal wear and tear (for example wheels, moving parts, fabrics) resulting from prolonged and continuous daily use
  • the product has been damaged, even accidentally, by the owner or third parties (for example when shipped as luggage in air transport or by other means)
  • the product is sent to the retailer for assistance without the original purchase receipt and/or without the serial number, or when the purchase date on the receipt and/or the serial number are not clearly legible

Any damage caused by the use of accessories not supplied and/or not approved by L’Inglesina Baby will not be covered by this warranty.

L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. declines any responsibility for damage to property or persons resulting from improper and/or incorrect use of the product.

After the warranty period has expired, the Company still guarantees paid assistance for its products for a maximum period of four (4) years from their market launch date, after which the possibility of intervention will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

In order to improve its products, L’Inglesina Baby S.p.A. reserves the right to update and/or modify any technical or aesthetic detail without prior notice.
