Before starting the pairing configuration between the Ally Key and the Ally Pad, make sure to disable the Bluetooth of any nearby smartphones. The pillow allows you to connect simultaneously to one device (smartphone or Ally Key) only. Activate the Ally Pad cushion, by pressing it firmly with your open hand and making sure that the Inglesina Ally Key is still on and searching (rotating sequence of BLUE LEDs); place the device next to the slot on the cushion and wait a few seconds until the Ally Key makes a single audible "BEEP" and one of the 4 BLUE LEDs becomes steady, while the others continue to rotate. In any case, we advise you to follow the procedure indicated in the Instruction Manual.
I have not received the email confirming activation of the Ally Pad account
If you do not receive an email confirming your registration after creating your account on the Ally Pad App, please check that it has not been moved to the spam box. If this is the case, you will have to move the mail to the inbox and then click on the confirm button. Another reason why you may not receive a confirmation e-mail is that you have created an account with an incorrect e-mail address. To check that this is not the case, we suggest that you repeat the registration procedure in the App, making sure that the address is correct.
